Farmak International Sp. z o.o. is in the process of merging with Symphar Sp. z o.o. The merger will occur through the acquisition of all assets of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. by Symphar Sp. z o.o., as both Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and Symphar Sp. z o.o. are 100% owned by the same capital group Farmak International.
The merger is planned for April 1, 2025.
On the date of the merger, Symphar Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000160954) will assume all rights and obligations of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000589765). Symphar Sp. z o.o. will also take over the permits and concessions granted to Farmak International Sp. z o.o.
On April 1, 2025 it is also planned to change the name of Symphar Sp. z o.o. to Farmak International Sp. z o.o.
Upon registration of the merger in the National Court Register, Farmak International Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000160954) will become a party to all existing agreements of both Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and Symphar Sp. z o.o.
